1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website (www.easytalkacademy.com) and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

EasyTalk Academy is a spoken English training institute operated as an authorized franchise of Rephy Corporate Training Centre. We provide English language training programs designed to improve speaking, communication, and fluency skills.

3. Eligibility

To enroll in our courses, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Have access to a stable internet connection (for online classes)

Individuals under 18 years of age must have parental or guardian consent to enroll.

4. Course Enrollment and Registration

4.1 Enrollment Process

• Students must complete the registration process and provide accurate personal information
• Enrollment is confirmed only upon successful payment of the course fee
• Course access will be granted within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation
• Students will receive class schedules and login credentials via email or WhatsApp

4.2 Course Duration and Schedule

• Standard course duration: 2 months (60 days)
• Demo classes: 3 days at ₹1,000
• Class timings will be communicated at the time of enrollment
• Make-up classes may be available for missed sessions, subject to availability

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Course Fees

Current pricing structure:

• Individual Training (0-9 students): ₹30,000 per participant
• Group Discount (10-24 students): ₹15,000 per participant
• Bulk Discount (25+ students): ₹10,000 per participant
• Demo Classes: ₹1,000 for 3 days

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept payments through:

• Online payment gateways (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking)
• Bank transfer / NEFT / RTGS
• Mobile wallets (subject to availability)

5.3 Payment Security

All online transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store your complete credit/debit card information on our servers.

6. Course Access and Participation

6.1 Student Responsibilities

• Attend classes regularly and on time
• Complete assigned tasks and practice exercises
• Maintain respectful communication with trainers and fellow students
• Not share login credentials or course materials with unauthorized individuals
• Ensure a stable internet connection for online classes

6.2 Academy Responsibilities

• Provide quality spoken English training as per the course curriculum
• Deliver daily live practice sessions
• Provide 1:1 trainer feedback and support
• Issue course completion certificates to eligible students
• Maintain confidentiality of student information

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials, including but not limited to:

• Study materials and worksheets
• Video and audio content
• Presentations and slides
• Website content and design
• EasyTalk Academy branding and logos

are the exclusive property of EasyTalk Academy and are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any materials is strictly prohibited.

8. Code of Conduct

Students must adhere to the following code of conduct:

• Respectful behavior towards trainers and fellow students
• No harassment, discrimination, or abusive language
• No recording of live sessions without prior written permission
• No sharing of course content on social media or public platforms
• Constructive participation in class discussions

Violation of the code of conduct may result in suspension or termination of course access without refund.

9. Certification

Upon successful completion of the course, students will receive:

• A course completion certificate from EasyTalk Academy
• Certificate is issued only to students who attend at least 80% of classes
• Certificates are issued within 7-10 business days after course completion
• Digital certificates will be provided via email

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for technical issues beyond our control (internet outages, device failures)
• We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to online services
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the course

11. Course Modifications and Cancellations

EasyTalk Academy reserves the right to:

• Modify course curriculum or structure with prior notice
• Reschedule classes due to trainer unavailability or technical issues
• Cancel courses if minimum enrollment is not met (full refund provided)
• Update pricing for future enrollments

Students will be notified of any significant changes via email or phone.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, if you:

• Violate these Terms and Conditions
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Disrupt classes or harass other participants
• Share course materials without authorization

No refund will be provided in case of termination due to policy violations.

13. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any disputes arising from these terms or our services:

• The parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiations
• If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to mediation before pursuing legal action
• These terms shall be governed by the laws of India
• Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Jamshedpur, Jharkhand

14. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and EasyTalk Academy regarding the use of our services.

Refund Policy

1. No Refund Policy

EasyTalk Academy maintains a strict NO REFUND policy on all course enrollments, including but not limited to:

• Individual training packages
• Group discount packages
• Bulk discount packages
• Demo classes
• Any promotional or special offer enrollments

2. Reasons for No Refund Policy

Our no-refund policy is in place because:

• Course access and resources are provided immediately upon enrollment
• Live training sessions cannot be "returned" once attended
• Limited seats are allocated per batch, preventing others from enrolling
• Significant administrative and operational resources are committed upon enrollment
• Course materials and content are made available instantly

3. Pre-Enrollment Considerations

Before making a payment, please ensure that you:

• Have reviewed the course curriculum and schedule
• Understand the course duration (2 months / 60 days)
• Can commit to attending regular classes
• Have verified the course timings suit your availability
• Have the necessary technical requirements (internet, device) for online classes
• Have read and understood all terms and conditions
• Are prepared to invest time and effort in practice and assignments

4. Demo Classes

We offer a 3-day demo class package for ₹1,000 to help you make an informed decision:

• Demo class fees are non-refundable
• Demo classes provide a preview of our teaching methodology
• Students can assess course quality before committing to the full program
• Demo class participants who enroll in the full course will receive demo fee adjustment as per promotional offers (if applicable)

We strongly encourage prospective students to attend demo classes before enrolling in the full course.

5. Payment Confirmation

Once payment is processed:

• You will receive a payment confirmation via email/SMS
• Course access credentials will be provided within 24-48 hours
• Your enrollment is considered final and binding
• No cancellation or refund requests will be entertained

6. Exceptional Circumstances

While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, in rare and exceptional circumstances, we may consider the following:

6.1 Course Cancellation by Academy

If EasyTalk Academy cancels a course due to:

• Insufficient enrollment
• Trainer unavailability
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemic restrictions, etc.)

Students will receive a full refund of the course fee within 7-10 business days or may choose to transfer to the next available batch.

6.2 Medical Emergency

In case of serious medical emergencies preventing course attendance:

• Students must provide valid medical documentation
• Request must be submitted within 7 days of the emergency
• We may offer course transfer to a future batch (subject to availability)
• No monetary refund will be provided

6.3 Technical Issues from Our End

If students are unable to access the course due to technical problems on our platform:

• We will work to resolve issues within 48 hours
• Course duration may be extended to compensate for lost time
• If issues persist beyond 7 days, a partial credit or batch transfer may be offered
• No cash refunds will be provided

7. What is NOT Eligible for Refund

The following situations are NOT eligible for any refund, credit, or transfer:

• Change of mind after enrollment
• Personal schedule conflicts or time management issues
• Dissatisfaction with teaching methods or course content
• Failure to attend classes due to personal reasons
• Technical issues on the student's end (internet, device problems)
• Lack of practice or effort leading to unsatisfactory progress
• Finding an alternative course or institution
• Financial constraints after enrollment
• Not receiving expected results or fluency levels
• Violation of terms and conditions leading to termination

8. Course Transfers

In certain situations, we may allow course transfer to another batch:

• Transfers are allowed only once per enrollment
• Request must be made at least 5 days before course start date
• Transfer is subject to availability in the next batch
• A transfer processing fee of ₹500 may apply
• Transferred enrollment cannot be refunded under any circumstances

9. Payment Disputes

In case of payment-related issues:

9.1 Duplicate Payment

If you are charged multiple times for the same enrollment:

• Contact us immediately with transaction details
• Provide proof of duplicate charges (bank statement, payment confirmation)
• Duplicate amount will be refunded within 7-14 business days after verification

9.2 Payment Failed but Amount Debited

If payment fails but amount is deducted from your account:

• Wait 24-48 hours for automatic reversal by the payment gateway
• If not reversed, contact us with transaction ID and screenshot
• We will coordinate with the payment gateway for resolution
• Refund timeline depends on your bank's processing time (5-14 business days)

9.3 Incorrect Amount Charged

If you are charged an incorrect amount:

• Notify us within 48 hours with payment proof
• We will verify and refund the excess amount within 7-10 business days

10. Refund Processing (For Eligible Cases Only)

In the rare circumstances where a refund is approved:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Processing time: 7-14 business days from approval date
• Bank processing may take additional 5-10 business days
• Payment gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable
• You will receive a refund confirmation via email

14. Policy Updates

EasyTalk Academy reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. However, changes will not affect enrollments already made prior to the policy update.

15. Payment Gateway Compliance

This refund policy complies with the requirements of:

• Consumer Protection Act, 2019
